The Retreat now incorporates Smoky Cape Cafe which is open to the public from 8 am till 5 pm seven days. The Cafe serves breakfast, coffee & cake and lunch and is BYO with no corkage and no holiday surcharge. With the main menu featuring dishes such as Grandma's pancakes, Smoky BIG brekky, eggs benedict, our famous Pot Pies and curry of the day as well as the daily blackboard specials we are certain you will find something to whet your appetite. We also offer gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian meals.  Your hosts Mary and Ken will be pleased to welcome you.

Also available for purchase are * Momacs macadamia products * local hand-made jewellery * paintings and photos by local artists * local jams, pickles and jellies * and baths salts, soaps, gift bags and cards.

Should you choose there are also BBQ facilities by the pool which are available only for Retreat guests.

You may choose to dine inside, out by the pool or in the garden setting which ever way the meals are spectacular.

In summer breakfast can be served al fresco style in our restaurant area by the pool or in the formal dining area.

In winter breakfast is in either the formal lounge and dining area by the Tudor style fireplace or outside by the slow combustion fire.
