Smoky Cape Retreat is a 4 STAR rated neo-tuscan style retreat situated in a beautiful bush setting surrounded by a wonderful selection of wildlife.

Smoky Cape Retreat is situated in Arakoon (close to South West Rocks), midway between the Smoky Cape Lighthouse and the Historic Trial Bay Gaol, it is a short 5 hour drive north of Sydney and 5 hours south of the Gold Coast - a perfect half way stop.

South West Rocks offers many activities which include diving, fishing, surfing, sailing, whale watching and spectacular bush walking with scenic views. Smoky Cape Retreat offers a lawn tennis court, gazebo, saltwater pool, BBQ facilities.

There are 3 different styles of rooms:

Garden Suites are queen size and the Heritage Room is king size both with double-spa tuscan styled bathrooms. The Garden Suites have enclosed courtyards off the bathroom.

The Lounge Suite is king size with a separate lounge area and an ensuite with shower over the bath.

Both the Heritage and Lounge Suites can be made twin share.

All rooms have:

* reverse cycle air conditioning

* private separate entrances

* DVD player (DVDs available FREE from reception)

and all are supplied with plunger coffee and tea.

All suites are non-smoking, however outside smoking areas are provided.

If you wish a courtesy bus is available to the South West Rocks Country Club.
